RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not process exchanges. If, for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), you can purchase a new item and return your item back to us. The item must be unused, undamaged, hang-tags (where applicable) in place and in it’s original packaging.

You will have 10  days from the time you received your item to contact us via email, providing your reason for this return and the order number of your new purchase and we will assign a Return Authorization number, including our return address.

There are no charges for returns.

Original shipping charge is non-refundable.
You are responsible for your return shipping costs or any other costs related to your return.

Refunds will be process as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

SALE ITEM RETURNS

All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including any discount/promo codes used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. We do not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use appropriate return packaging and an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system.

IMPORTANT

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer may be required to pay the additional re-shipping fee.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn and in original purchased condition (with all tags still attached). If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply.  

We will expedite your request as soon as possible and will advise of any possible delays in this process.

We will not accept any returns delivered to us without written communication and agreement prior to the return to us.
