PROCESSING
Orders will be processed within 2 business days. A fulfillment confirmation will be sent to you via email.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. The item must be in unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging.
Once you have decided that your item is not what you wanted, we require notification via email -info@unresolvd.com - requesting a return, including the reasons for the return. We will then send to you all of the information required to process a return.This will be done immediately at our end. Once the return is approved we will process your refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for the payment to be credited to your Credit Card.
EXCHANGES
We do not process exchanges. If an item is unsuitable, simply purchase a new item and return your item to us, following the instructions above.
DECLINED CREDIT CARDS
We do not receive your funds if your credit card is declined. Your bank or credit card company will first charge you for your purchase and then credit you this amount. This process may take a few days but is out of our hands.

We ship worldwide.
SHIPPING COSTS
For international destinations, it will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay all applicable taxes and duties.
Standard Shipping, flat rates, 5-10 business days
Orders to Canada - CND 10.00, (+/- USD 7.50) free above CND 150.00 (+/- USD 115.00)
Orders to the USA - CND 15.00 (+/- USD 11.50), free above CND 200.00 (+/- USD 155.00)
Orders to Europe - CND 25.00 (+/- USD 20.00)
All other international destinations - CND 70.00 (+/- USD 55.00)
As an alternative to our standard shipping rates, we offer expedited/express/tracking Canada Post shipping options at check out.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
For our flat rate standard shipping, allow for 5-10 business days delivery.
You will receive confirmation via email as soon as your order has been processed and shipped, along with the carrier and tracking information.
SALES TAX AND DUTY
CANADA
Applicable taxes will be charged for Canada and its individual Canadian Provinces.
INTERNATIONAL
International taxes and duties may be levied by the importing Country. You are
responsible for such additional charges, if applicable.

ADDING TO EXISTING ORDER
Once your order is being processed, changing, adding to, or amending orders will not be possible. You will need to place a new order.
RECEIVING A WRONG ORDER
Mistakes can happen and if this is the case with your order please notify us via email, and we will do everything possible to rectify this.
RECEIVING A FLAWED ORDER
Please contact us via email along with a picture and explanation of the flawed item, and we will ship a replacement at our cost.
